Hi, I’m Jessica, the owner and founder of Aim Claim Consulting. I’m passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of the claims process and ensuring they receive the support and compensation they deserve.
A little about me, I've been working in the insurance and claims industry for over 20 years. For 18 of those years, I served as a staff adjuster for insurance carriers, spending much of my time as a field adjuster inspecting claims in person. Throughout my career, I’ve handled complex claims for both commercial and residential properties, which has given me extensive knowledge in handling various types of claims and deep expertise in software programs like Xactimate and Symbility.
I’m a Phoenix native, born and mostly raised here. Over the years, I’ve spent much of my career working as a field adjuster in the Phoenix area. My interest in construction and claims began at a young age. I vividly remember watching "This Old House" with Bob Vila, which sparked my curiosity. My dad ran a Servicemaster, and as a child, I spent a lot of time on job sites, observing remediation work. It fascinated me then, and that fascination has only grown over the years.
My first job was at The Home Depot, and you won’t believe this—Bob Vila himself came through my checkout line! I was starstruck, but I think he was just as surprised that a 16-year-old even knew who he was!
I started Aim Claim Consulting because over the years, I’ve realized that helping people through difficult situations is not only something I love to do but something I’m genuinely good at. Claims can be overwhelming, and for many homeowners, it’s their first experience dealing with damage to their property. It’s a stressful process, and during my time as a staff adjuster, I frequently received feedback from clients who said that working with me made the process easier and less stressful. They appreciated that I took the time to explain things clearly and made the claims process simpler to navigate.
I’m passionate about continuing to help people through their claims and ensuring they feel supported during what can be a very challenging time.
