Estimating Services:

• Rate Starting at $300

Our estimating services include the following:

• Initial Inspection: A thorough inspection of the affected areas to assess the full extent of the loss.
• Room Sketches: A detailed sketch of the affected rooms to accurately represent the damage.
• Scope of Repairs: A comprehensive outline of the necessary repairs based on the inspection.
• ITEL Submission: If applicable, we will submit an ITEL sample to determine the appropriate replacement materials and cost.
• Detailed Inspection Report: A written report summarizing the loss details and repairs warranted as a result of the damage.

Estimates are typically provided using Xactimate; however, if your preference is Symbility, we can also accommodate that request.

Additional Services (Additional Fees Apply): 

• Weather Data or Aerial Imagery: Extra fee based on request
• Causation Reports: Custom pricing based on scope
• Drone Inspections & Report: Custom pricing based on inspection complexity
• Reparability Reports: Custom pricing based on scope

Claim Consultation: Rate Starting at $80 per hour  

• Includes in-depth review of the claim, clerical work for document submission, communication with adjusters, and supplement writing/submission

Customizable Fees: All fees can be negotiated based on the specific needs of the client and the amount of work required.

Public Adjuster Services:

A public adjuster (PA) can be a valuable asset at any stage of the claims process. While not all claims require a public adjuster, there are several benefits to having one represent you:
